Ingredients:
- 2 pkgs. pizza crust
- 1 cup of water
- 1 Tsp. oil
- 1 Tsp. salt
- 1 Tsp. oregano
- Pizza sauce
- Shredded Cheese
- Ground beef
- Pepperoni
Bake on 425 degrees for 10 minutes
Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix the pizza crust and water together or follow the directions on the back of the package. After mixing it together take the mixture and roll it on the cutting board.Also, add a pinch of flour to keep the dough from sticking. Get a rolling pin and roll the dough flat for at least two minutes. After that use your fingers to smoothed out the crust. Doing this will help make the dough stretch. In addition, bake the dough for 2 minutes this will help the crust cook evenly and beautiful.
Dad always makes this recipe when the family is coming over; we have a party and we have a lot of people at our house. It is not a normal pizza like you get from restaurant, store, or from ordinary people.
His pizza is filled with lots of cheese and meat. After the first slice of pizza many people are full. I
know, because he prepares it in front of me.
He was standing in front of the counter rolling the dough, it was stretchy and flat when it was put on the counter; dad was forming the dough into a light, fluffy pizza crust. My stomach was growling and my mouth was getting watery while watching him make the pizza. He poured the sauce on the crust and spread it out with the ladle. He did it for a long time and asked me to help while he cooked the meat in a pan for the pizza. As dad started to fry the meat, I went over there to watch him cook the meat. I was hungry but I knew I had to finish preparing the sauce.
After he finished cooking the meat; he put it on top of the sauce and spread the meat over the sauce making the pizza real meaty. Next I got the regular cheese out and the shredded pizza cheese. I got the regular cheese and covered the meat. Then my dad sprinkled the pizza cheese over the pizza making it look real delicious. I couldn't wait to eat that pizza, my stomach was making sounds I never heard before.
Finally, dad put the pizza in the oven and baked it on 425 degrees for 10 minutes. It was nice and hot for the whole family to eat. When dad took the pizza out of the oven, he allowed it to cool for 10 minutes. Dad slice the pizza and a pile of steam erupted from of the pizza and it smelled so good. He put the slices of pizza on plates and served them ready to go. We all sat at the table enjoying our selves, talking, playing, and enjoying our food.
